How to Activate (As a Presenter): Click Share Screen on your bottom toolbar. Once your screen is visible to the audience, locate the floating Zoom meeting controls and click the Annotate (pencil) icon to open the marking sidebar.
How to Activate (As a Participant): If the host allows participant annotations, look at the top of your Zoom window next to the “You are viewing [Name’s] screen” prompt.
